AGH Health Sciences Library Catalog

Use this catalog to locate materials in our collection. The AGH Catalog contains information regarding book, serial, and other material owned by the library.
Important information:
To search for books or AV materials, just enter the search. To search for journal titles, click on Switch Databases, then choose JNL. To go back to book/AV searching, click on Switch Databases, then choose CAT
To check status of each library item (whether it is checked out or on the shelf), click on the copies tab after you have displayed a title.
Loans are available only to AGH staff and physicians and Drexel medical students on the Allegheny Campus.
To have a book or video held for you, click on title of item. When the item record is displayed, click on the email icon. Send an email to docdel@wpahs.org and click on include bibliographic record.

Simple Search |
Simple Search enables you to search using a 'keyword' or 'phrase'.

Browse Search |
Browse Search allows you to search by a specific category such as 'Author', 'Title', 'Subject', etc. Search results appear in alphabetical order beginning with the nearest field matching the information you entered.

Power Search |
Power Search gives you the advantage of combining different categories such as 'Author' AND 'Title' OR 'Subject' enabling you to search multiple terms simultaneously.
